It is the best circuit trekking route around the Kathmandu Valley. This trek provides an opportunity to learn about Buddhist culture. Therefore, the Helambu Valley is the birthplace of the Hyolmo people, who have their own unique culture.
The Hyolmo people are indigenous people of Nepal's Yolmo or Helambu regions. But the rumors have it that there has been a significant influx of people into Kathmandu. In recent years, the people of Helambu have been trying to preserve their existence through the land of their ancestors. According to the locals, the major cause of the migration is the lack of job opportunities in the village. The migration of people in the Kathmandu valley is the sole reason behind their losing their culture, rituals, and traditions.
Likewise, hyolmo are the non-hindu people, having their own language, religion, culture, and territory. Helambu is the territory based on the establishment of the myth “beyul” by their ancestors. According to Buddhist literature, the term “beyul” means “hidden lands”. Similarly, Beyul is a land devoid of suffering, disease, or agony, with food, clean water, and pure air ensuring wellbeing.
During the trek, you’ll pass through various gompas in the region. Gompas are the shared heritage of the Hyolmo people. Specifically, it is a manifestation of hyolmo identity. Likewise, the Hyolmo community has its own language, called Hyolmo Tam. The Hyolmo tam is a language from the Tibeto-Burman language family. Moreover, the major festivals celebrated in the region are the Losar and the Hyaye. As per the origin of the Hyolmo people, they were close to nature and agriculture. Hyaye is the ancient custom to express joy and commemorate interpersonal harmony after harvest. Whereas, the traditional dance of the Hyolmo people is hyolmo dance. Therefore, hyolmo is a sacred dance performed only at religious and social events.
Throughout the Helambu trek, you’ll walk through the views of the Himalayan range and experience the fascinating Buddhist culture. Your trek toward Helambu starts from the Shivapuri national park of Nepal at Sundarijal, famous for bird-watching activities. Similarly, the trail consists of amazing medieval traditional villages with interesting monasteries. Helambu, indeed, is a short trek easily accessible from the Kathmandu valley. Despite the fact that it lies close to the capital Helambu is the hidden unspoiled valley from human destruction. The Hemalbu trip is ideal for you if you plan to go trekking in at least one place while you're in Nepal. I had never been to Nepal before, and I wish you could go on at least one hike in this Himalayan country. I only had a very short amount of time in Nepal, but I wanted to explore each cultural UNESCO site.
My vacation was really well-planned thanks to Info Trekking Nepal, and I was able to visit both historical sites and hike along the stunning Helambu trail. Helambu is a great option because it's close to the capital, just requires a short hike, and is also reasonably priced.
Additionally, the Helambu journey began in Sundarijal, which is in fact close to the capital. I was astounded to see such a unique natural beauty so close to the capital. I would definitely recommend you Halambu as it is near the capital as well as a short trek and I found it quite cheap as well.

Hello, I'm Robert. My homeland is Texas. My trip to Helambu trek has been a great trip thanks to Info Trekking Nepal. In my opinion, they are the best travel agents you could possibly work with. I've traveled to Nepal quite often.
However, I never feel like it was enough, and this trip seemed even more surreal. Near Kathmandu is a place called Helambu. Nobody can ever guess that such a place still exists close to the country's capital.
I must describe the distinctive culture and way of life of the "hyolmos of Halambu," which are amazing. Helambu is the modest civilization of the Hyolmo people, which has been specially preserved by the local indigenous. people. Therefore, it was heartwarming hospitality, and thank you, Mr. Kubindra Basnet. Therefore, Mr. Kubindra Basnet, thank you for your kind hospitality.

Do you have plans to go on the Helambu Trek? If so, I have to suggest Info Trekking Nepal. In fact, it is the best travel agency I could find in Nepal. It was not only safe and reliable to go with Info Trekking Nepal, but also a wonderful experience.
For us, Mr. Kubindra Basnet planned a tour that was both pleasant and professionally managed. My closest friend and I were in Nepal. Since the Langtang Himalayan range is so near to Tibet, we were quite eager to see it.
The hike over the Himalayas was spectacular. I could not take my eyes off the views of the Langtang Lirung, Ganesh Himal, Jugal Himal, Borge Lakpa, Gaurishanker, and Rowaling.
Perhaps getting to the top was such a wonderful experience. My heart belongs to Helambu's views and hospitality, as well as Info Trekking Nepal, who supported me in every way.

This was the first time I had ever visited Nepal. as I can remember, I've heard about Nepal as a Himalayan nation with Mt. Everest as its highest peak. Visiting Nepal once in a lifetime has always been a dream of mine.
I was finally arranging my travel to Nepal when COVID-19 occurred. I believed I would never be able to return to Nepal. Fortunately, though, the situation started to return to normal, and I carried out my plan once more with Info Trekking Nepal. After Covide-19, it was challenging to plan travel.
However, Mr. Kubindra Basnet made every arrangement feasible even after the pandemic's symptoms had subsided. Helambu is a short trek that offers stunning mountain vistas and friendly locals. If you want to explore the various

My daughter had always wanted to travel to the Himalayan region. It was difficult for me to plan a trip because I am a single father. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to fulfill her wish. I was in search of a trustworthy travel company, so I came across Info Trekking Nepal.
I told Kubindra my several concerns. He answered each and every query I had in a flash. It was difficult to travel with my kid as a single dad to a foreign nation. He did, however, have the ability to comprehend a father's worry and suggested a journey through the Helambu.
I'm grateful beyond words to Kubindra for realizing my daughter's wish. She had the most wonderful experience when we were in Nepal. Since the death of her mother, I haven't seen her as joyful. Even though I had been unable to for years, Helambu and its inhabitants gave her joy and her life back again.
