We start the Ghorepani poon hill trek from one of the most attractive cities in the world, Pokhara. The trek then flows from the beautiful Modi Khola river, after an hour of drive from Pokhara. Initially, we take a short drive towards Suikhet Phedi and start trekking through the west of Henjakot to arrive at Dhampus.

During the Ghorepani Poonhill Trek, the guide he provided for us was incredibly helpful and took excellent care of our party. The porters were all so entertaining and lively. Without them, our journey would not have been the same.

I knew nothing about the region or the country's trails prior to the Ghorepani Poonhill Trek. I have to admit that Nepal has the nicest weather on earth. My first journey on my own was undoubtedly the best trip of my life.
